Freight Policy

– Credit card orders of $850+ receive free freight.
– Shaded states on the map below will have a 10% surcharge on all glass and ceramic items. In CA, this applies to all areas north of Los Angeles. In NV, this applies to all areas north of Las Vegas. In NY, this applies to all areas north of Interstate Hwy. 90.
– 23% freight guarantee for orders of $525-849.
– 28% freight guarantee for orders of $375-524.
– Net 30 orders of $850+ will be shipped freight collect and the freight may be deducted if invoice is paid within terms.
– Shipments must be to an address with the Continental U.S.
– Residential and remote addresses, as defined by UPS, will incur applicable fees.
– Deliveries to Long Island, NY and the Five Boroughs of NYC will incur applicable fees.
– Only shippable orders qualify for free freight (NO BACKORDERS).
– Longhorn Imports will use carrier of choice.
– All sizes vary from basket to basket. We will not accept any returns or issue credit for these variations. All damage/shortage claims must be made within one week of receipt of merchandise. Customer agrees to pay any/ all local city, county and state taxes that may be incurred by purchasing from Longhorn Imports. All sales are final.
